PREGAME: Pens at Flyers

Wells Fargo Center. 7:00. ROOT.

The Pens (5-1-0) are in Philadelphia to take on the Flyers (1-6-0). The Pens are coming off a two game win streak and the Flyers are now on a three game losing streak. Last season, the Pens went on to win three out of four match-ups between the two teams. Tonight, the rivalry continues...

Gotta love that classy Philadelphia "journalism". (Thanks to @ROOTSPORTSPIT)

What/Who to look out for: Sidney Crosby. "Sid the Squid" has scored 28 goals against the Flyers throughout his career, the most scored against any team. He is leading the league early this season with 12 points.

Oh, and on a completely bizarre note, DEFENSEMAN Deryk Engelland is playing forward tonight as a right winger for the fourth line... Yeah, what?
