This video is all you need to know about nice guyscholarsmart guy, low life, scum bag, cum guzzling, cement head, Class A citizen Zac Rinaldo and what transpired over this game. Rinaldo was running around like an idiot and eventually got tossed. There are going to be some unreal tweets from fans as well as Rinaldo's quotes towards the end of this recap.

FIRST PERIOD

The Penguins came out flying in this game. At one point, their Corsi chart wasn't even fair. Good player Zac Rinaldo decided he was gonna be a force degenerate and ran Christian Ehrhoff one time and cross checked him pretty lethal, the Pens got a power play, had pretty good pressure but didn't get anything past Emery. At one point, Spaling was in the crease with an open net but somehow missed, not sure. The Penguins were outshooting the Flyers 4932849032-0 at this point as well. Right at the 2nd media timeout, some jobber on the Flyers dumped a puck in soft from center ice and Greiss played it. The official scorer scored this as a shot on goal, we're not really sure. A couple minutes later, some Flyer came in hard on Beau, who turned the puck over to Luke Schenn in the middle of the ice towards the point. Schenn fired the puck towards the net, Greiss was screened and the puck it Ehrhoff or Harrington. Somewhere in that nice city cesspool on the Eastern side of the state, Flyers fans probably think JVR for Luke Schenn was a good deal. After the goal, then the shit started to hit the fan.

Rinaldo gets 5 minutes and a game for this hit and will have an in-person hearing with the NHL soon. No suspension could be long enough for this classy "player". The Penguins had some shots on the major but didn't get much to happen. Pens outshot Philly 17-3 but trailed 1-0 after 1.

Second Period

The 2nd started out really chippy. 2 minutes in, Craig Adams crosschecked Michael Raffl in the throat or something and he didn't like it so he fought Zach Sill. Because the Penguins had two of their PK guys in the box, Mike Johnston put Sidney Crosby and Chris Kunitz on the PK, and wouldn't you know it, it worked. Kunitz stole a pass and caught Voracek down low, he went off on a 2 on 1 with Sid and ripped one past Emery. 1-1. Then this is what ensued.

Rob Scuderi got poked in the eye at some point. Then, at the 5:27 mark in the period, Ray Emery, acting like the ni... thug he is, decided he didn't like David Perron and threw a punch at him and then tried to kick him. What a scumbag. Pens didn't score on the powerplay though (notice a theme here). During the powerplay, Malkin had something happen to him and went to the room for awhile. At that point, the Penguins were missing Letang, Malkin, Scuderi, and Bortuzzo broke a skate (which if you can do math, the Penguins had three (3) THREE defensemen at this time). Scuderi regained vision and came back out. He was pretty jammed and had an unreal shift. He did something, then he broke up a 2 on 1 with an unreal block and then while laying on the ice, he did a sweeping poke check and got the puck cleared. The Flyers regained control and Voracek brought the puck in. Scuderi absolutely destroyed him with a perfect, clean, old time hip check and Voracek got his panties in a bunch and decided he was gonna jump Scuderi. Scuderi dropped the gloves and they fought. First fighting major in Scuderi's life. Voracek got 2, 5, and 10 for jumping him and the Pens went on the Powerplay. Nothing happened until Steve Downie took a slashing penalty on Lisa Ann Michael Del Zotto and Luke Schenn got jammed up and decided to fight Downie. Schenn started beating Downie's head in but Downie managed to protect his assets and eventually grabbed Schenn's visor and got a penalty. Downie then made us want to buy 423423432 jerseys of his after he did this.

What a legend, he deserves a lifetime contract just for this. Shortly after, Lisa Ann Michael Del Zotto charged Robert Bortuzzo while on the Power play and it was actually a similar hit as Rinaldo's but Bortuzzo was fine. Pens ended up getting a power play after that but we won't talk about that. Then, at 16:49, Mark Arcobello and whoever VandeVelde is went after each other and each got 2. At the same time, Bobby Farnham got Smuckers farm jammed at RJ Umberger for kind of spearing him and he went after Umberger. Pierre-Eduord Bellemore decided he was gonna fight Farnham, but I don't know if he knew what he was getting into. Farnham tried to get him to take his helmet off but he wouldn't. Farnham fell, then he punched Bellemore 3 times while he was on the ground and then was just like, nah, I'm good and skated to the dressing room. We are all Bobby Farnham. The period ended after that.

Third Period

The third period began with the Flyers having a good shift, the puck came to the point and Nick Spaling chipped a puck out from a pinching Luke Schenn and gave Beau Bennett and Evgeni Malkin a 2 on 1. Bennett found Malkin who basically just laughed at Del Zotto who went down faster than he did on Lisa Ann. Malkin skated around him, froze thug Emery and dished a pack over to Bennett who threw a puck into an open net. 2-1 Pens. Shortly after, the Flyers got the puck to Del Zotto at the point who threw a wrist shot on net, whoever VandeVelde is tipped it and it went past Greiss. 2-2. Not much else really happened in the 3rd other than the Flyers had 1 power play because of a weak call on Bortuzzo and then the Penguins had 2 late power plays but couldn't produce. For whatever reason, Mike Johnston had Zach Sill and Craig Adams on the ice in the last 30 seconds and Zach Sill took a boneheaded crosschecking penalty as regulation ended and gave the Flyers a power play heading into OT.

Overtime

Scuderi and Martin were legit on the ice the entire PK and the Pens killed it off. As Zach Sill came off the ice and as he was skating to the bench, Evgeni Malkin jumped on. One of the Flyers threw the puck up the ice and instead of going to the bench, Sill tried to be a hero and played it. The refs gave the Pens a too many men penalty and the Flyers went back to the Power Play. THe Pens killed the first 50 seconds of this one and then the Penguins called timeout because they were gassed. Unfortunately, this allowed the Flyers to rest Giroux and Voracek and it worked. Voracek got a nice pass from Mark Streit who went around a sliding Paul Martin. Voracek blasted a shot on Greiss who made a huge save but didn't cover the puck up. It rolled around his back and Giroux got to a loose puck and put it in the net. Game.

Three Stars

1. Ray Emery (WHAT)
2. Claude Giroux
3. Evgeni Malkin
