In 33 Days...

In case you haven't noticed, we don't always post shit on the right days. Whoops. We don't really give a shit though. 33 Days from Yesterday, Saturday, the Pittsburgh Penguins will open up the 2014-15 season against the Anaheim Ducks at Corporate Entitlement Center uh I mean Consol Energy Center.

Over the past 47 years of Penguins hockey (should be 48, Bettman Sucks), Twenty, yes twenty players have worn the number 33 in the black and gold (or vegas gold). Those players include Tony Feltrin, Bobby Simpson, Rocky Saganiuk, Bob Gladney, Doug Bodger, Mike Rowe, Mitch Wilson, the greatest name in Penguins history Zarley Zalapski, Brian Fogerty

As you may have noticed, this list includes some goons so here is a few fights from LaCouture.

And we don't wanna forget Ziggy Palffy who retired half way through the 2005-06 season.

Zarley Zalapski played 3 1/2 years with the Penguins. He registered 33 goals and 102 assists in 190 games as a Penguin. There's not much more we can say except what an outstanding name.

We don't have anything else because we just lost a banner and we're jammed.
