The Pittsburgh Penguins (29-14-8 overall, 2nd place in the Metrosexualpolitan, 5th place in the East) are on hump day of their Canadian road trip, when they travel to Calgary to put out extinguish smother suffocate beat the Flames (sorry, @penguins has been unbearable today and their terribleness wore off on me). The Flames currently sit at 6th in the West, so don't expect them to roll over like the OiLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLers did on Wednesday night.

#GameNotes
- Take this with a grain of salt, because Rob Rossi is reporting it, but apparently Sid is calling the shots as to who is on his lines. Sid is more "comfortable" with Kunitz, which moves Perron to LW, and prevents Hornqvist from playing on the top line because Sid doesn't "like net front guys and he [Hornqvist] can't skate fast enough." Since when did Kunitz win a speed skating contest? It's time for this to be said: we've babied Sid since he's gotten here, and that has gotten us one Stanley Cup. One. Uno. Half of two. With the core group that we've had here since before our Cup win (Crosby, Malkin, Letang and Fleury), there's no excuse for only making it past the Conference Finals twice. Bylsma let Sid feed off his nipples for years, and that got us one Cup and four other playoff appearances that were beyond embarrassing. So yes, lets keep babying Sid, while continually forcing players to the wrong position (Iginla, Perron this year), and we'll keep getting embarrassed in the playoffs. It's time for Sid to man up.
- After that, the only other thing I have to say is that I hope Deryk Engelland gets ended tonight.
