The Pittsburgh Penguins travel to United Center to play the Chicago Blackhawks at 12:30 this afternoon. The Penguins will go up against red-hot traitor Marian Hossa (7 goals, 1 assist in his last four games). However, the Penguins captain Sidney Crosby has played some unreal hockey as of late. In his last 4 games Crosby has recorded 4 goals and 1 assist. Kris Letang cannot be left out of the conversation as well. This guy is a legit Norris Trophy candidate so far this year. Letang has recorded 19 assists since January 1st, and just played some unreal hockey. Both teams are just about healthy, as the Penguins will most likely be missing Christian Ehrhoff still due to a concussion and the Blackhawks may get defenseman Michal Rozsival back after an upper-body injury. The last time the Pens played the Blackhawks back on January 21st, the Hawks won in a shootout 3-2. Look for an unreal game today.

Who are the stripes you ask?
(We ask the same question. According to Scouting the Refs the stripes have not been listed yet so there's that.
What to watch for:
- Apparently Steve Downie comes back today so look out for that
- According to HCMJ look for Pouliot to be used on the powerplay more today
- Pens powerplay 0/13 their last six games so something's gotta happen right?
- Happy birthday to the 2nd greatest hockey player to put on a Penguin uniform, Jaromir Jagr
- Christian Ehrhoff is nearing a return, so look for that
- The last time these two teams met, Zach Sill scored his first NHL goal
Happy birthday Jaromir Jagr
