The Pens traveled to Winnipeg last night.  Apparently it's cold there.  The last time the Pens were in Winnipeg they pissed away a 2 goal lead.  Tonight the Pens were facing a familiar face in Eric Tangradi who was recently traded to the Jets.  The Pens got on the board first when Craig Adams made it 1-0.  It seemed like the Pens were playing in their own zone a lot but MAF was coming up big all night.  The Pens would cling to a 1-0 lead til late in the 3rd period.  The got a 5 on 3 power play.  The Jets were all over the Pens.  But the Pens finally got settled in and who else but James Neal make it 2-0.  MAF was like 2 minutes from getting a shut out but Andrew Ladd made it 2-1.  Craig Adams would ice it though with his 2nd goal of the game.

Stuff:

• Bennett played well in his first game.  He unfortunately had to play with Sutter and TK for most of the night.  He did get time with Neal and Malkin though.  Hopefully he'll be on that line Sunday.
• James Neal has 10 goals this season.  
• Another point for Sidney Crosby.
• Malkin chipped in with an assist as well.
• MAF was sharp all night.  Its a shame he didn't get the shut out.
• When Craig Adams scores a goal the Pens win.  Since he came to the Pens in 2009 the Pens are 13-3-1 when he scores.  Points in 14 of 17 games.  That is an unreal number.  This was the first time he has scored 2 goals in a game since 2006.  
• Kris Letang led the Pens in ice time with 27:54.  Paul Martin was right behind him with 26:24.
• Eric Tangradi still sucks.
